This MEMU is denied entry by DDU Division at DDU before 4am.
Due to it's RSA Partner 03384 DDU-GAYA MEMU Departs at 4am.. so to avoid ECR to be parked at PF or somewhere, DDU receives this train around 4am so that after 10-15min halt it can depart as 03384 Gaya MEMU.

DDU ko rake park karne mein dikkat hai isliye isko time se nahi receive karta hai... NCR ko bhi problem nahi hai kyuki ye passenger/memu category trains ka punctuality matter nahi karti
