seems very good. route and slot selection is excellent. some doubts alone from my side.
1. KIR MLDT avg seems to be less why?
2. is UDL capable of handling reversals or should the same be at DGR?

For KIR-MLDT, similar timings have been used as 13160 Jogbani-Kolkata Express. Even the fastest available train from KIR to MLDT takes more than 2 hours.
As for UDL reversal, I checked that Vananchal Express has a reversal there so assumed that it should be possible.

thank you for clarifying my doubt as well. learnt a new information today.
KIR MLDT total length is 91 km. It takes 1hr30mins but most trains have lots of slack here. That's why even the fastest train takes 2+ hrs but actually it takes 1hr25 min . Trains are halted at KIR outer for 30-45 mins on both sides
KIR-KDPR section is single line , the doubling is going on, after doubling slack will be removed of all trains
