Even if run in LHB. we can make sure good CC available for all trains. Vaigai and Pallavan kind of CC is too much. if Parasuram RSA with VLNK NCJ then VLNK NCJ also gets more UR and MAQ pit line slot can be saved, as NCJ going to get 4th and 5th pit line. maintaining parasuram in one slot wont affect NCJ by that much.
