KKRAlwaysDestroyTeamIndia~ 1562 blog postsSCR must ensure RSA of Falaknuma & East Coast Express. SCR must take East Coast Express Rake from SER. East Coast Express must be converted to SF after SCR gets hold of the train, renumber the train from 18645/18646 to 22703/22704. This will help & improve Kolkata-Hyderabad Train travel very much. East Coast was SCR train in till 2007/08 having 7045/7046 number. Then it was given to SER during Number system change of IR in 2008/09. 7045/7046 East Coast Express became 18645/18646 & RSA with 18615/18616 was enforced. But currently 18645/18646 RSA with 18615/18616 was removed after LHB rakes given. 18645/18646 became 18045/18046 now.

Totally agreed, if HWH-SMVB and 18046 gets rsa, it will be helpful and 1 extra rake will be saved. And 12860 should get rsa with HWH-PURI SF Express and 1 more extra rake will be saved. Even 18045 TT is adjusted properly that its arrival time is around 10pm at HYD, then also it can go to SCR with 3 rakes.

Currently 12703 maintenance is not good you know this very well, but 18045 has even better maintenance than 12703. It is cleaner than 12703 now(even unexpected for me as well). Now I would say is SER, SCR doesn't matter for maintenance. But SER is poor in punctuality and SCR is best in punctuality .
