SCR must ensure RSA of Falaknuma & East Coast Express. SCR must take East Coast Express Rake from SER. East Coast Express must be converted to SF after SCR gets hold of the train, renumber the train from 18645/18646 to 22703/22704. This will help & improve Kolkata-Hyderabad Train travel very much. East Coast was SCR train in till 2007/08 having 7045/7046 number.
