Very fair chances...12951/52 has been augmented with three coaches on permanent basis. Depending on the rush they either attach one ac two tier and two ac three tier or vice versa on a particular day.
So, is it like that seat allotment in the augmented 3AC coach, preference is given to Tatkal quota and then to General ?
