Than what's the point of running it as a special except non ac it's AC classes are almost fully vacant running.Previous week only it should have cancelled but your Malda ran it for what don't know.They don't know that 13425 is a very important train on its route only option for Dhanbad Bokaro Ranchi to Surat.They should remove it RSA asap and ran it with other icf coaches or arrangements from other ER divisions.
