Apologies for the late reply. Been busy with Back to Back Trips and Office Work.
NR simply wants to use Varanasi Junction as a passage for Freight Trains. No interest in Passenger Trains except the ones introduced Politically.
So this was on the horizon, no surprises there.
NR wants to be everywhere... Varanasi, Prayagraj, Lucknow but doesn't want responsibility of anything.
