Already there are 2 daily trains from ptk to bkn, so what's the need of new train when seats are easily available
Railways should start a new tri weekly train between Bikaner and Amritsar and if railways agrees then it can be extended upto Pathankot to use the layover timing at Amritsar and people will also get an extra train between Pathankot and Bikaner .
