The station will also be getting a new, larger waiting hall, a 24-hour ticket counter, a third staircase, and possibly a fourth staircase. Amenities such as a canteen, cafe, and entertainment stalls are also planned. To further improve connectivity, railway overbridges (ROBs) are being constructed near Mudhipar, Dhanagaon, and Baghehra. These ROBs are expected to be completed by December and will eliminate the need for vehicles to stop at railway crossings. The existing goods shed in the city will be shifted to Parikal this month, and the old building will be demolished to make way for a new building that will house various railway departments. The renovations are expected to give the station a grand look and improve passenger facilities.

Mudhipar, Dhanagaon, aur Baghehra ke paas railway overbridges (ROBs) ban rahe hain, jo December tak complete hone waale hain. In ROBs se vehicles ko railway crossing pe rukna nahi padega. City side pe existing goods shed ko is mahine Parikal mein shift kiya jaayega, aur old building ko tood kar new building banaya jaayega, jisme railway ke different departments honge. Renovation se station ka look bahut accha ban jaayega aur passengers ko bahut saari facilities milegi.
