This train is like almost always cancelled by SWR I wonder if they will dare to cancel even one freight train. Another reason why even sensible Goans hate SWR.

The Hate is justified. SWR is unbothered about Goan passengers. Freight traffic (revenue from it) is their only concern.
Even the Now Hubbali - MGR Chennai Express, that earlier ran upto Vasco, has not been restored, citing pitline constraints and what not.

They are also not commissioning the 2nd pitline at Vasco. They have abondoned the works on it since more than a year now.
