Great
Couple of images from National Rail Museum, Delhi. The rail museum itself is located very close to Delhi Safdurganj station[ which itself sees only few trains per day ] tucked between embassies[right next to Bhutanese embassy this is].

One can spot an electrified MG as well.

You would be surprised to know that Oberoi Hotels had approached NRM/IR to use the same rake stationed at NRM for running a fine dining restaurant.

Had this happened footfall in NRM would have been different. But NRM Director wasn't on board to lease the rake. And rest is history.

That would have been cool. I peeked inside the Palace on Wheels and it was completely broken, in a run down condition. I think even the original bolted fans were there still. Since it was parked at one end, hardly anybody was going that side.
