Kashi Mahakal Express is not a 'tourist special', it's a regular SF. Come out of 2020, it used to be IRCTC Special back then.
And GS coaches can be added to regular trains. Better to add 4 GS in a 16 coach train, than let unreserved passangers invade the 'only premium' coaches.
