Firstly, Aishik the spammer has been provided Z+ security by FM panel. Even after so many controversies, he has just got cute gentle warnings from FM. He still keeps on doing the stupidity till date, now dressed up as a girl!

Now, FM panel is literally ready to give gentle warnings to regular spammers, it's not my assumption, it's what the FM panel has done previously with Aishik, so reporting wouldn't change a lot of things. You will soon find yourself blocked by Miss Moyna.
