instead, IR should start new train between CWA & LTT.

No, they are only depending for extension .
Earlier,the former mp of Seoni ,Balaghat was depended to extend Sewagram express but failed because SECR was not showing interest. Now , new mp of chhindwara demended to extend Nagpur Duronto express, whereas this train is also run by CR, Nagpur division. It depends on SECR now.
