That's the point you missed with the other special we were talking about here. Home zones can only do so much as proposing a special and providing them with rakes.
Making them regular or continuing them ahead of their last run is generally on the mercy of other zones or the receiving zone. You can have a booming patronage and still the special can be canceled.
