Looks like SCR has proposed a dedicated biweekly train from SC to VSG in this year IRTTC.
With LHB conversion of 18047/48 planned this year there is a high likelihood that this train may get introduced if SWR and RB have no objections.

Getting new trains via Braganza Ghat section is difficult both SWR and RB don't even allow a weekly. See what happened to VSG MAS weekly express.
This SC VSG biweekly train is a long pending demand for many years SCR are pursuing it and took a long time to fulfill and only because of SER wants to LHBfy SHM VSG express and for that KCG VSG slip will have to be cancelled besides Secunderabad MP G Kishan Reddy also lobbied with RM for this connectivity.

As of now only thankful to Railways and MP of Secunderabad Kishan Reddyji for fulfilling this long pending demand.

But in future Speed up should be given especially in return direction VSG dep. time should be around 11.00 am, SC arrival at 6.00 am.
