Everyone knows that this train was going to get recategorized. But there was no idea that why is it happening. I am in support that it doesn't deserve to go as M/E.
But through some sources I came to know that due to too much halts, its delay chances are increasing due to which this notice was issued. Even though it is dropped now, but in future again it can be implemented.

Well you are right. Might be possible any Amrit Bharat on same route could have been planned.
And if any train which should get recategorized is 12875. Seriously, it is having too many halts and avg speed is less than to qualify as SF train.

Even with all these halts it's easily maintaining its TT.
Even the present TT is not very tight, there are many Division and Zone changing slacks.

My wild guess is RB might be planning to redefine criterion for SFE. But, I might be wrong as well.
