more... Sunday, we can't get seat anywhere and forced to stand until we reach destination. After reaching Tiruthani, we ate our prepacked breakfast somewhere near 10:00 AM. Also heard the announcement of 16003 MAS Nagarsol(Shirdi's Satellite terminal) weekly train being announced while we moving for temple.
Bus faculties are very poor there. Almost all the buses getting full, my mom suffered the most as she was having backache since from traveling in train. My father tonsured his head and many devotees tonsuring their heads for devotion for devotion for Muruga peruman just like how it is done in Tirupati. We decided to walk towards the temple at the uphill. I see lot of pathway shop owners selling pooja products at exorbitant prices. The quality is also sub standard there.
Experience: Average. The temple is nowadays looking like an commercial center rather than spirituality. Everywhere I see people selling counterfeit prasadams. I see openly Non Hindus wearing Christ cross and foreigners entering into temple, it is the state of almost all temples of Tamilnadu, all due to the DMK government. Staff at temple were very rude handling devotees. Many making useless insta cringe reels. Crowd was really high however cleanliness is not bad. We entered Queue about 12:00 PM and had Darshan about 1:45 PM. Darshan was incomplete due to rude officials pushing people each other to remove croud there. We came out of the temple complex nearby 2:00 PM. While returning, we noticed an great structure of the foothpath known as "Mummy Daddy temple" (see pic 9) as his son constructed a Temple for his remeberance of his family members!
Those members whom want to visit here from Chennai side kindly book an Cab or Bus to reach here. Local trains are always full here.
We had lunch later and reached Tiruthani station, spotted 12246 SMVB Bengaluru Howrah Duronto with SRC WAP7 thrashed station at MPS.(PICS 10,11 and one video file attached). Near Arrakonam , I spotted some tracks deviating towards Katpadi as bypass (see pics 13,14) where long distance trains like the Duronto, Vivek, Anga, Malda Amrit Bharat, Tirunelveli/Ernakulam Bilaspur used to take this route and will go towards Renigunta side.That's all my today's blog.
Last but not the least, today there is Rath Yatra being celebrated at Puri, Odisha with great pomp and honour. Lakhs of devotees visit Puri Jagannath Mandir to vitness this event. While travelling in Train, I am constantly watching OTV, Nandhigosha News(Odia news channels) for this reason. I am hoping one day I too visit there. Jai Jagannath โญโโโญ๐๐๐๏ธ๐๏ธ
