I can also make a point then that Goa SK and Mandovi express run almost empty to MAO. It's a wrong assumption in the first place that only tourists from other states visit Goa and reverse tourism is not a factor. Vasco and immediate suburbs has a population of more than a lakh and isn't it unfair to assume that even a large section of the population don't travel as tourists to other states ?
