Just asking an opinion.
I believe it doesn't deserve rsa with 12815 because I believe 12875 is used to serve LKO and BSB going people more than delhi. And due to its slower speed, people just doesn't prefer it for delhi. And the reason why I posting this is simply because, I cannot get a confirm ticket for/from BSB/LKO , 1 month before.
