The Gorumahisani-Bangriposi line, 85.6 km long, was proposed with six stations: Chandbil, Charabandha, Bishoi, Banki, Patra, and New Raiarangpur, at an estimated cost of over 2269 crores. Despite earlier inspections and assurances from Chakradharpur division officials, the projects are not reflected in the 2024-25 budget. The Silli-Illoo bypass line in Jharkhand is also facing delays in its initiation.
