Visited Charlapalli station, The station is equal to Secunderabad station.
The station is expected to be inaugurated between Aug 15 to Aug 30. We can expect mostly on Aug 15 if delays it might go till Aug 30.

I think Lingampalli bound trains will be shifted to Charlapalli as there is lack of platform availability at Lingampalli Railway station and there is an official notice letter from Railway Board approval regarding shifting of East Coast Express and Chennai-Hyderabad Express to Charlapalli.
