Now, don't be surprised if ppl say that the train would be filled by last minute planners.
We need a comprehensive examination of occupancy of trains on IR. Its not just day time trains but many others including Duronto trains!!!
No idea on the CAG which was appointed to study.
But alas, at least, a study of non performing trains is needed.
