Not possible. It has RSA with BQA-MYPR MEMU. With existing maintenance capacity, SER cannot introduce any extra MEMU service.
SER and Adra Division is a good combination of 2 worst things in IR.
Adra division is the 3rd class division of IR in terms of passenger train services. Don't expect any new trains from Adra division and passengers have to be grateful to Adra division rail officers that they r getting few passengers carrying trains.
