"Trains entering Arunachal Pradesh cannot have unreserved coaches, people need to be properly documented before entering", this is what I have heard so kindly check it if true then make changes to CC as it is..

ILP IS REQUIRED for Arunachal Pradesh but not confirmed about unreserved coaches. But I change the unreserved coaches into reserved
