Jishnu, I just found out from a friend who regularly takes the Bbs bound Rajdhani from Gomoh in the morning.
The cab rates are Rs 1200 and auto rates are Rs 800.
They will start off by asking higher rates but don't pay any higher.
He also recommends taking a cab because autos take up nearly 1.5 hrs to cover the distance.

Generally 12019 runs on time atleast upto Dhanbad, however I do agree that it is a risky chain ! The buffer time is very less and road connectivity between Dhanbad and Gomoh stations is very poor. Compounding the problem is that the main problem that Jishnu will face is not whether 12019 is on time, but how much time he wastes around Dhanbad. Not a recommended chain under any circumstances.
Better board 12019 till Chandrapura and board 12801 from same.
