The Time table of 13503 should be adjusted so that it follows 22387 into Dhanbad. That way it can act as chain for Gomoh, Chandrapura and Bokaro bound passengers. This is exactly the role that the erstwhile DC passenger played for Katrasgarh bound passengers of the Black Diamond Express.
Earlier the predecessor of 13503 would be detained at Dhanbad for Black to arrive thereby allowing Gomoh, Chandrapura and Bokaro bound passengers to take it from Dhanbad.
Either the previous arrangement needs to be re-instated or the present train TT should be modified...

Valid points, although the way the local politics is being played out currently, wouldn't be very surprised if they end up diverting such vulnerable trains via mdp kqr hzbn route
It doesn't help that the DC line itself is on borrowed time
If the line was to close again, say tomorrow, the ensuing chaos would be much worse than it was the first...
