Southern Railways should start a Vivek Express train between kanyakumari & SVDK (Katra ) further extension upto sri Nagar .....

Himsagar is already running between the two places. It will go upto Budgam in near future. The train is quite slow for end to end travel, though.
However, Post cancellation of Navyug, there have been demands of restarting the train or introduction of a new train between Mangaluru and Shri mata Vaishno Devi Katra. A Prospect of a new superfast train between Mangaluru and Katra (extendable to Srinagar/budgam) via konkan and WR should be given a serious thought by IR Officials.
