Extension of Koderma Barkakana upto Mesra is already sent to Railway Board then why they are not approving these purposal.
They should merge these two trains and operate them three times a day between Ranchi and Koderma in both directions.

In 2019, ER proposed a train between Howrah and Hazaribagh Town but the Bihar biased zone ECR didn't wanted to run
