I don't have photo or video proves.
But I live near Unnao jn. Just 100-150 metres away from the station. I know the basics of this station.
And I travel on Unnao-Balamau route very frequently because some of my close relatives lives on the places near to that route.

trains bound towards Balamau are placed on 4 and 5 plateform. All trains towards Lucknow are placed on plateform 3, all trains towards Raebareli/Unchahar are placed on plateform 1.

You can even see this on map.
All plateforms are designated to particular rail route. And the only time when trains from particular route is stationed at different plateform is only when there is plateform unavailability or there is any passing by of another train.
