Woke up at Perambur after which the train halted a few minutes, left slowly before coming to a halt at vyasarapadi and finally made it into MAS at 0730 while Brindavan exp was being shunted into the station to begin its journey.

i had a few issues here, i had to take the MAS-CSTM Express to RU at 11:55 but i had some work to do which if everything went right would take around 5 hours.So i had 4 hours before i could board the next train and had 5 hours of work to do. Headed straght to the cloak room before reaching Park station and taking a train to Beach. It was quite pleasant in chennai at this time of the year.

Completed my work at 1100 thanks to a little help i recieved from friends in chennai and headed back to MAS. Something struck me and it struck me hard, no it wasnt anything physical but i just learnt that i dont have my ticket SMS as i had changed handsets in Hosur before leaving and i couldnt connect to IRCTC from my mobile to get an SMS for two reasons.
1. IRCTC server woudnt really be glad to let me login being tatkal booking time.
2.My tickets were booked by Pramodh upon my request.

I texted pramodh before reaching MAS at 11:25, train was there but no proof of tickets. I headed straight to the train with a hope to pay the TTE 50/- as i didnt have the ticket but had the ID. Fortunately the TTE didnt come till tiruttani but pramodh's message did.My seat was S-5,8 right next to the door.

Not much excitement in this route apart from a group of gals occupying some 8-10 seats right behind me and a lot more guys from the next compartment all suddenly deciding to charge their mobile phones in the socket opposite to me at the door. I am sure both the groups enjoyed a good deal of attention from their opposite genders as the guys were decent enough to stay in their limits.

Made a few friends in the guy group and had no time to be bored till RU. Got down at RU and saw the WAP-4 from RPM detached from my train, spotted YPR-HATIA express and headed out to a friend's home before continuing my trip to hyderabad in the evening. Not much happened in the evening either except for speed in the 15 coacher rayalseema express to HYB surprisingly hauled by a KJM WDP-4 20032 that evening..
