IR should have their own internal audit system, a system which would scare even the RM.I think now they have to depend upon CAG always.
Also IR should come up with a white paper tri annually.

They know but they may be forced to keep quiet but auditors are fearless and usually are not an integral part of the system.Hence they are expected to do their work independent of any pressure.
