Because it has scheduled halt at aligarh jn. So in case it proceeds before 22435 at cnb it need to be overtaken somewhere that's how precedence work right?
See, 22435's schedule is too tight so even with a bit of disturbance - it gets delayed.
On the other hand BSBS AGC VB's line gets cleared by the help of 22435, so it runs freely without much disturbance.

AYC - ANVT VB's TT was bad. It had too much slack, it could've easily went upto New Delhi just behind BSB - NDLS VB.
But even normal Superfast trains are faster than AYC - ANVT VB.

Before ALJN was added it could've been done. Now no hope nor chance,
Infact I expect Tundla Etawah to be added pretty soon.

It still reaches ANVT sometimes ~30 mins before. The problem with AYC ANVT VB is that it is bound to trail LJN Shatabdi and the later itself has become quite slow over the years.
