We can have a "dedicated" Fare Enquiry page/tab where we could exclusively search fare, particular to ALL concessions(as we find in IR website).

Yes, but we lack fares pertaining to all concessions. We only have Senior male/female, Tatkal, general and child fare.
The one we have will exist as well another Tab for exclusive fare search. It can be made more innovative, the picture is just for reference.

I also suggest to include "Refund for cancellation" in the same page as you see in erail.

If this could include the description of the exact amount to be refunded in various situations, it'd be great.
