Seen here is the Second Imported Locomotive from General Motors-EMD, Canada, GT46MAC #12002 or WDG4, homed at Hubballi Diesel Loco Shed, hauling a BTPGN Freight (wagons mainly used for carrying Liquified Gas) waiting for clearance at Khadki.
The BCHNL wagon acts as a barrier between Locomotive and Tanker wagons, for safety purpose, Loco is not directly coupled with the Tankers, whether it's an Electric or Diesel.

yup They use Guard Van too, i.e caboose, here they may had a shortage of guard Van, so used a BCNHL wagon
