Still they have not restarted VSG- MAS , but they starting new train from vasco. Good for sc to get train to vasco as slip coach got cancelled
Still KCG YNK is not extended till SMVT/SBC/YPR/BNC and KCG YPR tri-weekly exp degraded to weekly and ended up being permanently cancelled, Good for SR based Trains. Its always first priority From Bangalore and Mysore divisions to SR Zone.
This train started coz SER had to LHBfy 18047/48 this year as it was their only 2000+ kms running ICF train and those coaches are not in good condition second no politician in Goa or TN has demanded for restoration of VSG MAS express back so even SWR don't care and Secunderabad MP Shri Kishan Reddy had demanded dedicated train between Secunderabad and Goa so this had more traction going for it but sadly for Chennai Goa train inspite of there being public demand there is no political lobbying behind it so we are at the mercy of RB and SWR for its restoration.
moreover the demand for SC VSG was from 2015 and finally it came to picture in 2024 and its been proposed in every IRTTC meeting. SR only cares for Bangalore and only internal zone routes only.
