mein badla gaya. Patthar phenkne wala chihnit nahi hone se action aage nahi badh saka hai. RPF Narayanganj aur Muzaffarpur ne apne-apne section mein patthar phenkne wala ko chihnit karne ke liye mukhbir lagaaye hain aur track patroling party ko track par dikhne wale sandigdh ko girftaar kar ke case darj karne ko kaha gaya hai.
