before how many hours the chart of confirmed passenger was prepare

3 hrs to 4 hrs before depature
if the train is in early morning chart is prepared at night near about 9 pm

Chart preparation time is different for all trains but normal time is 2 to 4 hours.
actually this train will depart from NZM at 3:25 PM so what was the expected time of chart prepration
