here is a general question for al of us ---
is there only cooling provision & no heating provision in an a.c. train or a.c. coach? if yes then what will heppen in the winter season . my family boarded in the train no. 12171 from ltt station ,mumbai. for whole night there is very cold in the compartment. every one has to wear winter clothes in additon to blancket provide by in the train.
is there any e - mail address of concerned railway authority , where...

just think why Blanket was in Bed Roll ?
AC has temperature control neither cold nor hot. Depending on external weather they set AC temp around 20 Degree C.

You could hv told the attendant to reduce the cooling.. In winter it is set to 18 to 22 degrees and in summer it is 20 to 24 degrees. normally they give one blanket 2 bed spreads and one or 2 pillows.
