Memorandum me yeh bataya gaya hai ki barricades lagne se pehle koi bhi preparatory work nahin kiya gaya, jiske karan Infopark aur Kakkanad ke aur locations jaane waale vehicles ke liye traffic conditions aur bhi kharab ho gayi hai. Ms. Thomas ne Mr. Vijayan ko Thrikkakara Development Forum (TDF) dwara diye gaye recommendations ka set bhi diya, jo ki NATPAC ke experts dwara kiye gaye ek study par aadharit hai, jiska maqsad is region me traffic jam ko kam karna hai.
