Fog & lazyness.... Mainly laizyness which makes train late on this route. More than 90% trains run late on this track over a month. Can someone find reason as WHY ?

Technology, how ever may be d advancement, is NOTHING INFRONT OF NATURE
Laziness makes a train run late??? I heard fog's, accident's n some issues can make a train run late.. but laziness.. brrr....
i dont agree chennai mail, because even in Europe and Russia its winters all 12 months and fog is also a natural there still there train runs on time and that too with 200+kmph speed. So its all about technology backwardness in IR which hampers passengers.
