Left from Jaysingpur at 3.30PM by bus for Ratnagiri which is approx. 175Kms away... It takes around three and a half hour to reach Ratnagiri but there was a traffic jam in between so the bus was halted for an hour and I was getting impatient as the traiin was scheduled to depart at 20.45 as per the TT and the SMS received by IRCTC... It was past 20.45 but had not reached Ratnagiri yet and thoughts of an alternative route were madein my mind that Ill take SWV-DR Rajyarani Exp and then Shatabdi Exp frpm Mumbai for ADI... Ten something struck my mind and I called 139 to know the Train Running Status and got to know that the Scheduled Departure is at 21.15 and not 20.45 which was a sigh of relief for me and another big sigh sigh of relief was that it was running 47mins late and...

I was really happy for the first time for trains getting late... Reached Ratnagiri Station at 21.10 and the train was scheduled to arrive on PF No.2, went there and was waiting and announcement was made that NZM-Ernakulam Mangla Lashadweep Exp is arriving on PF No.1 as soon as it arrived another announcement was made that MAO-ADI AC EP is arriving on PF No.2... The train arrived at 21.37 and I boarded the train to find that my berth was taken over by some young boy and I have to cramp myself in Middle Berth which is uncomfortable for a heighted person like me but still managed... TTE came and I asked fora Side Lower my fav Berth and he gave Seat No.63 without any delay... Now the trail of issues starts from here Firstly the train was of ICF Coaches and my coach B1 was in a real bad state... AC wasnt working from the time I boarded the train asked attendants of B2, B3, B4, A3 and even the TTE for the attendant of Coach B1 but no one knew where he is and none other attendants bothere to even check what the problem was... Told the TTE twice but he was also helpless as no attendant was there in B1... He told the attendant of B2 to check but that attendant turned a deaf ear on the TTE and again went to sleep... Then I again went to the same attendant but he didnt budge... Went all the way from B1 to B8 in search of TTE and told him either to tell the attendant to on the AC or file a TDR... The TTE came along with me and told the same attendant again and then we came to know that he was the attendant of B1... I was so pissed off... I literally woke up each and every attendant of each coach to enquire about the attendant of B1 but 3 out of 4 attendants were fast asleep as they were drunk and stinking and I had to pat them on their legs and hands but of no worth... Finally came across the same TTE and asked for a complaint book but he didnt give it and switched on the AC by himself... I told him I want to complain against the attendants but he said no issues let them sleep... This TTE was a new joinee around 23-24 KR TTE... Then went back to my seat after 1 hour o find that the side lower berth which I was allotted was uneven and was not able to sleep as the unevenness of the berth was hurting my back... then placed two blankets one pillow and two sheets to make a soft bed to sleep... Had dinner at around 2300 hrs and the train had reached Chiplun where HAPA MADGAON EXP crossed... Then it left from Chiplun and Netravati Exp crossed at a small station and then Dr-Rn Passenger crossed at Khed... then just went to check the coach the linen room was like a garbage bin of empty water bottles, cold drink bottles, bottle boxes, some hard drink bottle was also there, uneaten fruits and pillow covers, sheets thrown all over in the room... Finally went to sleep and woke up at 5AM and to my surprise the late running train had reached VASAI early by 20mins and departed right time at 5.15AM gained good speed from VASAI and pased PALGHAR now at real great speed... Found now that there is no water in B1 coach one more issue for morning... Overall the train isnt occupied B3, B4, B5, B6 hardly had any passengers... only B1 and B2 were occupied even A3 was empty... Spped wise an average train till Roha but after Roha good speed... Coach wise not a good option... will update you guys later and will try to put some pics...
