The Nearest Station against a member's profile is now being used for customization of the Home Page Arrival/Departure table, as well as trains to major metros from this station. Members are requested to fill in this field if possible. This Nearest Station will also be used in upcoming personalization features.

Thanks for the reply moderator.
My intention is to know all the trains passing through Hyderabad/Secunderabad and Kacheguda. If I select only one for my profile then I do not get to see any of the other trains automatically. My intention or curiousity is to see all the trains passing by here as all 3 stations are nearby.
When I click on home on the main page it will show me only the arrivals and departures of Hyderabad. I would also want to see Secunderabad and Kacheguda. I guess this sort of problem/issue...
