Both 22454 and 11110 are daily intercity trains doing two trips per day.
Anyway one rake per train is required. How does RSA help?

It simply minimizes chances of late run of 22454, which if get late slightly will lead to late run of return train!!
While, LKO-JHS do have shorter journey & this lead to proper utilization of rake along with proper break @ LKO!!
