I am very proud of" ECoR collects Rs.41,000 as fine for spitting in rly stations".

This would be a greatest achievement in IR and first of its kind.
What ? To catch people who are spitting?
If they can outsource and give a % of share of penalty to the concerned party, it will provide EMPLOYMENT to many.

They need not give any employment but put few surveillance cameras at strategic locations and monitor.
Pretty off topic but punishments here are so strict that it if caught littering, it would burn up whole lot of fat in one's body.
1. Fine amount is so high.
2. One cannot leave the country LEGALLY.
3. Finally, they would teach a LESSON very strongly. Wish, the same is implemented in IR.
