I travelled in this train ...It is having good speed..is it a superfast train, ,,,
Sir,
For a ‘Superfast’ status, a train is required to yield out an average speed (Total KMs from Source to Destination divided by total journey time) of not less than 55 KM/Hr. in both the directios. In this case one directin remains under 49 and the other under 51. As such, can not be called / given status of SUPERFAST. You may be appreciating its good speed at different trenches and yes, it touches even the average of 79 KM/Hr between two specified halts.
Thanks!
