we ,the teachers want to go to hyderabad along with 60 students in garibrath from visakhapatnam . Can I reserve the berths on line ? can all 60 get in the same coach? please inform us . G S RAO

There is no any guarantee for all comes together in online booking. This is the drawback of online booking. I advise you to go PRS counter & ask to clerk before booking for fresh coach booking. They can guide you very well if they need.

You can book an extra coach that can be attached to regular trains. But these special coaches cannot be attached to certain trains due to operational restrictions.
Application of such coaches must reach the Chief Passenger Transportation Manager in the Zonal Headquarters of the tour originating station, atleast 30 days in advance, including full details such as destination, the specific train name, any halts needed etc. Also an initial payment of Rs.10000 as security deposit to be made to Station Manager of the Originating station.

The rake belongs to SCR.It is possible if approached with Rail Nilayam authorities.As u are going from VSKP to HYD attaching another bogie should come from SC.So kindly approach SCR

Simply, PRS Booking supervisor should be contacted with a written request for the same & they will manage to accomodate all the passenger into one coach!
