western and central railway had started an SMS long time back. I forget the number which we use to send. it is send Once and railway will send message regarding Block, New Train, Delay...the sms was like ....START WRUPDATE<STATION NAME> .....but i dont remember the number on which we use to send.....Can any one help me....
