If IR would have been so productive with State Govt, SHM would have been a Terminal with greater and easier connectivity.
No need for new terminals. I mention about existing Terminals. Now KOAA has also good transport. In next march an approach road from KOAA stn to EM Bypass via BNXR underpass will be completed. Then KOAA will be well connected with any part of Kolkata. Shalimar is only lame Terminal. Some new bus route implemented. Sealdah is very well connected. State Govt should also introduce bus route with subsidy at KOAA or SHM
